Hygroscopic Core Design

Indoor and outdoor air pass through hygroscopic membranes of Panasonic's core, specifically engineered for efficient heat and moisture transfer. This innovative design not only tempers incoming air but also balances indoor moisture levels across all seasons, expelling excess moisture in humid conditions and retaining it in colder months to enhance comfort. Optional Low Voltage Booster Timer

The WhisperControl® Low Voltage Timer, for BalancedHome® and Intelli-Balance® Elite and Elite Plus+ models, activates pre-set times so you can boost your supply and exhaust air to maintain the maximum CRM of the ERV providing high-performance air exchange.  Boost your ERV ventilation with 10-, 20-, 40- and 60-minute timer countdown options.

Filters & Maintenance

BalancedHome® ERV has two filters that clean the exhaust and supply air before passing through the ERV core, extending the life of the core. A hinged access panel allows for quick, easy maintenance along with filter checks.
